On 27 November 2008, St Mary's Mothers' Union branch celebrated its 50th anniversary with a special service of Holy Communion led by Father Graham and Father John.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

St Mary's Mothers' Union members were joined by Mothers' Union members from Stafford Deanery. The service was followed by a members meeting and refreshments.

Founder members shared their memories of the beginnings of St Mary's branch. A celebration cake was cut by Betty Williams, a founder member. It was a happy and memorable occasion.
