Services for Children, Young People and Families

Kidz Prayz

Takes place every Sunday during term time at 9.30am as an important part of our family Eucharist service. School aged children are invited during the service to meet together with trained members of the congregation to learn together about the Christian faith. 

The Praise and Play Service

Meets at St Mary’s every Wednesday during term time from 10.30-11.30. Aimed at 0-5 year olds and their carers. The service lasts 20 minutes and includes: a story from the Bible, a song and a prayer. After the service you are welcome to stay for refreshments,  chat and meet new friends, while the children play in a safe environment.

All Age Services

All Age Services are held in the church throughout the year. These services aim to provide a warm and welcoming environment for people of all ages. Young children are especially encouraged to actively participate. The service style is contemporary with the informal music group leading our worship. The service lasts  about fifty minutes.

The Crèche Area

The crèche area is available for you and your family to use as a safe place to play and read, either during services or mid-week. Toy bags are there to use during services either in the crèche or to take into the church. All we ask is that you tidy up the crèche area after you have finished playing!

After Services  

After our 9.30am service all are welcome to stay and join the church community for refreshments.
